ADEDU is an association that was found in 2016 by Dr Minh Nguyen with the aim to promote young and talented architecture students and graduates in New Zealand. Our organization cooperates from Wellington, the capital of New Zealand.
Being isolated from the rest of the world, we felt the need to create competitions, events and exhibitions to nurture young generation of Kiwi architects and designers. We also hope what we are doing will grow and strengthen small local communities of architects and designers in New Zealand.
What we do
We organize competitions, events and exhibitions for young architects and designers- no matter if students or graduates. We promote topics that are emerged out of New Zealand socio-economic context, but also globally relevant.
Before launching a competition, we also help city councils, communities, developers, teaching institutions and private homeowners to develop a design brief document, conduct feasibility studies and site survey to ensure the success of any competition we run.
